Go to Controls>Helicopter Movement> select Cyclic Forward/Back … Arma 3 is good at many things. This is because Arma 3 has some unresolved issue with the Controller Settings for Helicopters 'Collective Raise/Lower (analog)' and the X52 Pro. I practiced a day just to get lift-off with a quick 180° turn and flying off in the opposite direction you faced on the ground.
I also noticed that in this configuration throttle movement is reversed.
